Coconut Husk Processing Machines

Coconut Husk Processing Machines are designed to convert raw coconut husks into high-quality coir fiber and coco peat (coir pith) with maximum efficiency. The system integrates husk cutting, fiber extraction, pith separation, drying, and screening operations to deliver clean, uniform, and low-moisture outputs. These machines are ideal for coir industries, horticultural substrate manufacturers, and biomass fuel processors, offering an eco-friendly way to utilize coconut waste effectively.

Process Description / Working Principle

1.  Feeding & Cutting: Whole husks are fed into the husk cutter to reduce size for easy processing.

2.  Fiber Extraction: The cut husks are beaten and combed in the fiber extraction machine to separate long coir fibers.

3.  Pith Separation: The remaining pith and dust are separated through sieving or rotary screening systems.

4. Drying: Extracted fiber and coco peat are dried using hot air or belt dryers to achieve optimal moisture content.

5. Screening & Packaging: The dried material is screened for uniformity and packed for storage or export.
