Product Overview

GEM Roller Conveyor is used for smooth transfer of bags, cartons, crates, or containers in coconut processing and packaging lines. It reduces manual handling and supports efficient movement of packed products toward sealing, stitching, metal detection, palletizing, or dispatch.

Working Principle: Packed bags or containers move over a series of rollers by gravity or motorized drive. The conveyor can be integrated with bag filling, stitching, sealing, weighing, inspection, or palletizing systems.

Construction: The conveyor is built with roller assembly, fabricated frame, support legs, drive arrangement for motorized type, side guides, and optional height adjustment. Rollers and frame material can be selected based on application requirement.
