- Core equipment supplied included: Power Grinder Feeding Screw Conveyor, Power Grinder with Agitator, Desiccated Coconut Cutter, Discharge Screw Conveyor, Blancher with Steam Locking Arrangement, Multi-Stage Combination Fluid Bed Dryer System, Steam Radiator & Steam Control System, Tray Type Belt Cooler, Vibratory Inspection Table, Inclined Screw Conveyors, Vibro Sifter, and Central Control Panel (SS 304).
- The system was built with stainless steel construction and automated PLC-based control for reliable, food-grade operation.
Performance & Acceptance Criteria
- Output Capacity achieved as per defined acceptance conditions: High Fat – 1000 kg/hr; Medium Fat – 900 kg/hr.
- Product quality met international standards including BTM / STPS / TC standards.
- System efficiency for medium-grade production was defined at 60–65%.
- Operational parameters included installed load of about 241.5 HP and steam consumption of about 3000 kg/hr.
