Problem

• Oriental Golden Coco Inc. required a high-capacity drying system for continuous coconut drying operation.

Proposed Solution

• Gem Drytech supplied and commissioned the Cocopro 12 Module Combination Dryer, Model 164 / 12M CD, for coconut processing.
• Commissioning activities included mechanical installation verification and modification, electrical and control system checks, load testing, safety interlock testing, and emergency stop testing.
• The system was tested under actual production conditions using white copra to validate drying performance, product recovery, safety, and operational stability.
• The dryer was designed for continuous production with consistent moisture control and reliable performance.

Result

• The machine successfully handled product input of 2000–2600 kg/hr.
• Product recovery of 1000–1300 kg/hr was recorded during commissioning.
• Final moisture content was achieved in the range of 3%–4.5%.
• The system demonstrated reliable continuous operation, stable product recovery, consistent final moisture control, and safe machine operation.
• The machine was installed, commissioned, tested, and handed over for operational use.
