Vibratory Inspection Table

Product Overview

GEM Vibratory Inspection Table is used for manual inspection, sorting, and quality checking of coconut meat, flakes, powder, or process material on a controlled vibrating surface. It helps operators remove foreign matter, damaged pieces, or off-grade material before further processing.

Working Principle: Material is fed onto the vibratory inspection deck where gentle vibration spreads the product uniformly. Operators inspect the material visually and remove unwanted particles while the acceptable material moves forward for the next process stage.

Construction: The table is manufactured with stainless steel contact surface, vibratory motor, support frame, product inlet and outlet section, side guards, optional lighting arrangement, and easy-clean design.
