Product Overview

GEM Weighing Machine is used for accurate weight measurement of coconut products during raw material handling, batching, processing, and final packing. It helps maintain production consistency, inventory control, and packing accuracy.

Working Principle: Material is placed or fed onto the weighing platform, hopper, or conveyor-mounted weighing section. Load cells measure the weight and display the reading through digital indicator or optional PLC/HMI integration.

Construction: The machine consists of load cell-based weighing arrangement, platform or hopper structure, digital indicator, control panel, support frame, and optional data logging system.
