VCO & Paring Oil Machinery

Product Overview

GEM VCO & Paring Oil Machinery is designed for hygienic extraction, filtration, storage and transfer of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and paring oil generated during coconut processing. The integrated system maximizes oil recovery while maintaining food-grade operation.

Working Principle: Prepared white coconut meat and coconut paring are fed into dedicated oil expellers where mechanical pressure extracts the oil. The extracted oil is transferred through food-grade pumps to the filtration system for removal of suspended impurities. The clarified oil is then collected in stainless steel storage tanks before being transferred to packaging or further processing.

Construction: The conveyor is built with roller assembly, fabricated frame, support legs, drive arrangement for motorized type, side guides, and optional height adjustment. Rollers and frame material can be selected based on application requirement.
