Coconut Water Processing Machines

Coconut Water Processing Machines are designed to extract, filter, and package natural coconut water while preserving its nutritional value, freshness, and delicate flavor. The integrated system includes dehusking, cutting, water extraction, filtration, pasteurization, and aseptic filling units. Built with food-grade stainless steel, these machines ensure a hygienic, contamination-free process ideal for beverage manufacturers, health drink producers, and export-oriented coconut water brands.

Process Description / Working Principle

1. Preparation: Tender coconuts are dehusked and fed into an automatic cutter designed to open the shell without contaminating the water.

2. Extraction: Coconut water is drained through sterile food-grade outlets and collected in a closed system to prevent oxidation.

3. Filtration: The collected water passes through micro and fine filtration systems to remove suspended solids and impurities.

4. Pasteurization: The filtered water is gently heated to eliminate microbes while retaining its natural taste and nutrients.

5. Cooling: Pasteurized coconut water is cooled immediately to maintain clarity and freshness.

6. Filling & Packaging: The final product is aseptically filled into bottles, cans, or pouches under sterile conditions.
