GEM Dehusking Machine is designed for efficient removal of the outer husk from mature coconuts before shelling and further processing. It reduces manual effort and improves raw coconut preparation speed in industrial coconut processing plants.

Working Principle: Coconuts are fed into the machine where mechanical gripping and dehusking action remove the outer husk. The dehusked coconuts are then discharged for drilling, shelling, or further handling.

Construction: The machine is built with a heavy-duty fabricated frame, robust dehusking mechanism, drive system, and operator-safe feeding arrangement. Material of construction can be selected based on plant requirement.
